Liberal institute for political analyses (LIPA) is a recently founded organization that aims working out current political analyses and training new cadres. LIPA works in cooperation with Fridrich Nauman Foundation.

For the new institute Webmedia developed an informational online portal that allows daily posting of news, interesting information, analyses, and upcoming trainings. The site supports video files which can be organized in video galleries. The web design is simple, with intuitive navigation and encourage users to focus on the informational content of the site.
